How can we support learning at home?
- Follow your child’s teacher’s guidance about the activities to complete.
- Choose a manageable time and a comfortable place to work.
- Encourage your child to explain their thinking and talk about what they have learned.
- Celebrate effort, persistence and growing confidence.
- Balance online activities with reading together, conversation, play and practical experiences.
A resource will not open or an activity is unavailable
Check your internet connection and that you have entered the correct login details. Some activities may only be available when assigned by a teacher.
If the problem continues, let your child’s class teacher know which resource you were trying to use and what message appeared.
Helping children stay safe online
Talk with your child about what they are doing online, keep login details private and encourage them to tell a trusted adult if anything makes them uncomfortable.
