Expansive education is an approach to teaching that focuses on developing dispositions that help young people to be fulfilled and successful in their lives… Join us and get involved in your own action research project linked to your own priority areas for school improvement & development. A large group of senior leaders are exploring reducing the Pupil Premium gap as part of their research projects.

NPQ HUB

HEART TSA, with the Diocese of Salford, now offer NPQ programmes in association with OLP and CEFEL/CES.
To register, please visit OLP OR CEFEL and complete the required form for your programme. For OLP programmes, to ensure that you are allocated to the Heart / Diocese of Salford Hub please ensure you include the “Delivery Partner Name” Heart Hub Salford and “Allocation Code” HEART on your application form.
Alternatively, if you are interested in becoming a facilitator on these programmes, please email us. Once identified, they will be registered as associates and training / induction will be provided. OLP will co-facilitate sessions.

CPLDF PARTNERSHIPS WITH DIOCESES
We are a visible member of the Diocese of Salford family of schools, engaging with and leading training within the Diocesan Department for Education CPDF provision.
Our Headteacher is seconded as System Support / CPDF Lead, organising the Diocese of Salford core training for those early in their career, developing leaders, aspiring, interim and new Headteachers & those involved in governorship.
