Wraparound care
Mr Manso leads our wraparound care clubs. To book your child onto the clubs, please use the booking system on MCAS, our school app. Sessions can be booked or cancelled on the same day but must be done via the app. Payments should be made in advance and please remember to cancel the session if it is not needed and then you won’t be charged.
We aim for our clubs to be screen-free and engage children in game playing, reading, drama, exercise, creativity, talk and activity.
Parents should collect their children as follows: Please enter the site via the playground gate on Central Drive – walking up the steps to the Reception class cloakroom door; exiting via the same route. Please know your password that was set up when your child began school. If you need to reset this or have a reminder, please ring the school office.
Breakfast & Learning Club

Our Breakfast & Learning Club is open each morning, from 7:30am and serves breakfast foods such as toast, cereals, fruit, crackers etc. with water, milk and juice. To book your child onto the club, use the booking system on MCAS, our school app.
Drop off: Children should be brought to the main school entrance, from 7:30am, and handed-over to a member of staff. The Breakfast & Learning Club is based in the main hall. Please do not drive up to the staff-only car park when dropping off.
Fees: £5 per day. All payments must be made in advance of the sessions being taken.
Note that one week’s notice-period must be given to cancel regular bookings.
After-school Creative Club

Our creative club runs each afternoon from 3:35 to 5:30pm. The club runs until 5:30pm and serves food such as beans on toast, cheese & crackers, fruit, sandwiches, potato cakes etc.
Pick up: Children should be collected from the Reception cloakroom door via the Central Drive playground gate, up to 5:30pm. Those picking up should know their secure password as part of our safeguarding arrangements. The Creative Club is based in our Reception classroom.
Please do not drive up to the staff-only car park when picking-up.
Fees: £8 per day
The club has a late fee for children who are collected after 5:30pm. The fee for this is £5 for every part of 15 minutes you are late for collection starting from 5:30pm.
